The application is a standard Adobe Acrobat PDF Form. You may fill in all the fields via your keyboard or, if you prefer, simply print the form and fill it out by hand. If you choose the keyboard method, the <Tab> key will move from one field to the next and for any check boxes, simply tap the <Spacebar>. The fields with a red border are required entries.

After completing the application, print out page 1, sign and date it at the bottom, and then mail just page 1 to us at the address on the form.

We hope the form makes it easier for many of you and we certainly hope you choose to shoot the Pirates of Texas Carbine Championship on February 19th.
